Tech Writer: Securonix

With Securonix, I was the Sr Tech Writer for a fast growing start up in the security space, charged with growing a team of writers, editors and document managers, updating their software documentation, and creating document storage schemes (architecture) to enable everyone in the company to be able to find what they need quickly. I managed three main “guides” (Installation, Administration and User oriented) in two formats; keeping them updated with new screen shots as new functionality is introduced and as changes, fixes, tweaks to the program are made. I worked with their Wiki pages, reconciling documentation between Word/PDF and Wiki formats. I edited their training pages in Moodle, again to keep current with product and documentation changes.
